When an accident does occur, we assist in relation to the investigative work of the authorities, along with risk and crisis management through to defending in relation to any criminal or civil prosecution.
We assist clients in relation to the preparation and attendance in questioning with investigations which is a complex and expert area to avoid creating problems at a later date.
