Rafique is the Senior Partner of the firm, having formerly been a partner at Leicestershire’s largest and the East Midlands regional heavyweight Harvey Ingram LLP where he was a partner, responsible for finance for the Dispute Resolution Team and also head of Regulatory and Trading for the firm.

Rafique has a wealth of experience on behalf of clients including 2 state schools, one of the worlds leading car hire hiring companies ranging from small to medium businesses and also individuals with transactions from different parts of the world.

He founded Bond Adams LLP Solicitors in 2007 and as Senior Partner, has overseen the growth of the firm into a substantial practice which works tirelessly in terms of speed, delivery of service and reputation building an enviable and loyal based both corporate and individual clients for whom the firm acts across a number of different matters.

Rafique has also been asked to speak on various matters and has spoken to the chartered institute of Management Accountants, to the insurance institute and also to various property networking groups. He also acts for clients in cross border transactions.

Khalid has been at Bond Adams LLP Solicitors since 2007 having developed skills and expertise in relation to various aspects of dispute resolution assisting in relation to cross border transactions and also in aspects of commercial and residential property transactions including refinancing and various leasehold matters.

Nadeem has been with the firm since 2009 although previously qualified as a solicitor in Australia in 2007 now having qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales. He has covered a number of areas of work including dispute resolution (commercial litigation), commercial and residential property and complex Wills, trusts and Probate matters.

Reena has been with the firm since 2009 and is due to shortly qualify as a solicitor. Her main areas of work are significant transactions in relation to commercial property, various matters in relation to residential property and certain aspects of litigation (matrimonial).

Amjad is the senior finance manager with 20 years experience in the finance industry including having previously held various FSA registration and mortgage brokering licences. This is in all parts of strategy and management in relation to the financial matters.

Ali is involved in all aspects of financial management of the firm including compliance with SRA Regulations, rules and all aspects of finance.

Charlotte is currently a part time member of staff concentrating upon marketing and quality including various accreditations for the practice. She has formerly worked with a number of different law firms in relation to quality and paralegal services.

Kurty is involved in the day to day administration, personal assistant to lawyers. She has been involved with the firm for years handling all aspects of administration including the preparation of legal and other documentation.

Muhammed is currently a student and works on a part time basis for Bond Adams LLP Solicitors for various marketing matters such as assistance with website development and other marketing activities for the firm.

Deals with all aspects of personal assistance and administration, she has legal qualifications and assists lawyers in relation to case management and preparation of all aspects of legal documentation.

Suhail has been with the firm since 2009 assisting in relation to large and complex dispute resolution transactions (insurance, defamation, and employment) along with various aspects of matrimonial litigation.
