Bond Adams secures substantial interim payment for client against leading insurer Direct Line Insurance plc.
Bond Adams at the high court of Justice last week in the technology and construction court secured a significant victory in an insurance claim against leading insurer Direct Line securing a substantial 6 figure interim payment.
Bond Adams are acting for a leading business man and politician in relation to a claim following substantial fire and smoke damage to the individuals substantial property.
Direct Line had vigorously defended the action on the basis of various indemnity issues within the contractual provisions governing the contractual relationship.
After a series of vigorously pleaded matters and numerous request for information, the firm successfully secured an interim payment into six figures which now paves the way for a sizeable settlement close to £1 million in relation to resentment of the property and other matters.
