Changes to Immigration Law – Entrepreneur Route Requires Creation of Jobs

Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) – Changes to Immigration Law 2021/2022

Although the Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) route closed to new applicants on 29 March 2019, visa holders who were granted an extension under the Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) concession and wish to apply for settlement, will now need to show they have created 4 jobs each lasting 12 months or 2 jobs each lasting 24 months.
