She specialises in any aspects involving a leasehold element.
Faris is a paralegal in our conveyancing team, dealing with predominantly conveyancing matters, dealing with various parts of the property sale and purchase process.
Deol assists our Residential Conveyancing Team in all aspects of residential conveyancing and related matters.
Fatima is a solicitor in our residential conveyancing team dealing with all aspects of conveyancing, including help to buy elements, right to buy and all other related aspects of the conveyancing process.

Hashim WakaTrainee Solicitor
Hashim is a Trainee Solicitor who operates in the residential and commercial team in our firm. He acts on a number of residential matters and assists on a number of commercial matters including refinances acting for corporate and individual clients.
Ibrahim is a Partner in our Residential property team. Ibrahim is a solicitor and qualified as a solicitor in 2015. He was also a member of the Chartered institute of legal executives prior to that from 2011. He has a degree in law and graduated from the University of Lancashire in 2002. He deals with matters including right to buy, help to buy elements, leasehold aspects and other related aspects of case handling. He also deals with other various related aspects of case handling including business development.

Kashif is an immigration lawyer specialising in all aspects of personal and business immigration operating predominantly out of our Birmingham office dealing with complex cases at all levels including judicial review cases.
Mary Anne is an executive assistant to the Senior Partner, dealing with managing various matters including the firms quality marks, being Lexcel, Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS), Investors in People and other matters.
Muhammed is a solicitor in our residential property team. He qualified as a solicitor in 2019. He has a Law Degree and graduated from De Montfort University in 2015. He also completed the Legal Practice Course in 2018. His work involves acting on leasehold matters, freehold, refinances and various residential property matters. He also deals with a number of commercial matters. He also works on related areas specialising in any landlord and tenant relationship, whether it is across a residential or commercial relationship.
Munawar is a Partner heading our and business immigration expertise. He acts for individuals and corporates acro of applications. Munawar is a Partner heading our personal and business Immigration department. Munawar is a Solicitor having qualified in 2013. Munawar has a degree in law in 2007. A Masters in law in 2011 from Liverpool University and the Graduate Diploma in law in 2010. He acts for individuals and corporates across a number of different applications including entrepreneur visas, investment visas.
Muhammed is a paralegal in our conveyancing team. He deals with predominantly residential conveyancing matters, Imckuding right to buy, help to buy and other related aspects.
Murtaza is a non-lawyer business partner dealing with marketing and sales predominantly into our Birmingham office.
Nadiyah has joined us at our Birmingham Office.
Nadiyah is a legal administration assistant to our immigration and other legal teams. She will also be assisting in relation to social media and marketing work.

She assists in relation to residential conveyancing matters and various other case handling aspects.
Rafique is our Senior Partner. He is a solicitor and qualified as a solicitor in 1996. He has a Law Degree having graduated from the University of Hull in 1993. He also completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester in 1994. He also has an LLM (Masters) in Management of Advanced Litigation and Dispute Resolution from Nottingham Trent University in 2007. He is a specialist litigator and regulatory lawyer having been a Partner and Head of Regulatory at 450 staff law firm Harvey Ingram Owston (now amalgamated into Shakespeare Martineau). Rafique also acts in associated matters across corporate and commercial transactions.
Rashid is a solicitor practicing predominantly in employment disputes, commercial litigation and property litigation in our dispute resolution team. He became a solicitor in 2018. He also has a degree in Law and graduated from the De Montfort University in 2011. Completed the LPC at Nottingham in 2013. He acts for corporations and business clients across a number of different of sectors in the High Courts, County Courts and Tribunals.
Rumaysa is a paralegal working in our dispute resolution team. She assists predominantly the family team and handles a number of matters.
Shivani joins us as part of her University industrial placement programme. She will be assisting the residential conveyancing team.
Sophia is a solicitor practicing in our residential and commercial property team. She qualified as a solicitor in 2016. She completed her law degree in 2009 from De Montfort University. Shameela is an experienced property executive operating in the area of commercial and residential property. She has a law degree and graduated from the De Montfort University in 2018. Shameela has experience in this field from when she started practicing in 1995. She joined Bond Adams in 2019. Her work involves acting on leasehold matters, freehold, refinances and various residential property matters. She acts for corporate and individual clients and works on related areas specialising in any landlord and tenant relationship.
Tirzah is an administration assistant, assisting colleagues in the conveyancing department along with other marketing matters.
Thomas is a Paralegal who operates in the Residential Conveyancing Team in our firm. He acts and assists on a number of residential matters.
Tony is a paralegal in our residential conveyancing team, assisting the team in relation to various aspects of the conveyancing process.
Yusuf is a Trainee Solicitor and an experienced litigator with close to a decade’s dispute resolution experience. He acts for corporations and business clients across a number of different sectors in the high courts, county courts and tribunals.

Our Finance and Audit Team
Ahmed is an assistant in our Finance department assisting with all aspects of the regulatory function regarding Solicitors Accounts Rules and other interrelated matters.
Fazeela is a manager in the firm’s finance team carrying out SRA compliant accounting practices. She also deals with various aspects of practice management
Fazil is an assistant to our Finance and Audit team, involved in SRA regulatory matters assisting with all aspects of accounting and audit matters.
Katie is our joint finance manager. Katie deals with a number of the firm’s accounting and regulatory practices including invoicing, meetings with case handlers and updating of case management systems.
