Our Experts (in alphabetical order) 

Dilan Kocoglu

Dilan is a paralegal who operates in the area of commercial and residential property. She has a Law Degree and is a graduate from Nottingham Trent University in 2015. She also completed her Legal Practice Course from Nottingham Trent University in 2016. She has been practicing as a paralegal since 2017. Her work involves acting on leasehold matters, freehold, refinances and various residential property matters. She acts for corporate and individual clients. She specialises in any aspects involving a leasehold element.

Enya Wright

Enya is an administrative assistant in assisting the Commercial and Residential lawyers with various compliance, case handling and other aspects 

She also deals with a number of aspects of property registration matters and aspects of case handling. She joined us in February 2018.

Hanane Belaroussi

Hanane is a paralegal who works across various sectors within the dispute resolution team. Hanane has a law degree and is a graduate of De Montfort University in 2016. She joined Bond Adams in 2017.  She practices within commercial litigation and also focuses on family work including Children act matters, Divorce and Financial matters within divorce proceedings and related matters such as Wills and Trusts. 

Hannah Bhundia – Patel

Hannah is an experienced trainee solicitor litigator, who Heads our Family law department. Hannah has a degree in Law with Criminology and is a graduate of the University of East London in 2016. She also has completed the Legal Practice Course which she completed in 2017. Hannah joined us in 2014. She also deals with related commercial litigation, property litigation, trademark and employment law matters. She acts for a number of clients across the country.

Hannah also acts in the field of related corporate and commercial work including share purchase agreements and other director and shareholders arrangements which often apply in family matters.

Hashim Waka

Hashim is a paralegal who operates in the residential and commercial team in our firm. He acts on a number of residential matters and assists on a number of commercial matters including refinances acting for corporate and individual clients.

Ibrahim Kadri

Ibrahim is a Partner in our Residential property team. Ibrahim is a solicitor and qualified as a solicitor in 2015.  He was also a member of the Chartered institute of legal executives prior to that from 2011. He has a degree in law and graduated from the University of Lancashire in 2002. He deals with matters including right to buy, help to buy elements, leasehold aspects and other related aspects of case handling. He also deals with other various related aspects of case handling including business development. 

Munawar Ishaq

Munawar is a Partner heading our and business immigration expertise. He acts for individuals and corporates acro of applications. 

Munawar is a Partner heading our personal and business Immigration department. Munawar is a Solicitor having qualified in 2013. Munawar has a degree in law in 2007. A Masters in law in 2011 from Liverpool University and the Graduate Diploma in law in 2010.  He acts for individuals and corporates across a number of different applications including entrepreneur visas, investment visas and a full range of applications. 

Maryanne Earl

Mary Anne is an executive assistant to the Senior Partner, dealing with managing various matters including the firms quality marks, being Lexcel, Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS), Investors in People and other matters. 

Muhammed Gaffer

Muhammed is a solicitor in our residential property team. He qualified as a solicitor in 2019. He has a Law Degree and graduated from De Montfort University in 2015. He also completed the Legal Practice Course in 2018. His work involves acting on leasehold matters, freehold, refinances and various residential property matters. He also deals with a number of commercial matters. 

He also works on related areas specialising in any landlord and tenant relationship, whether it is across a residential or commercial relationship.

Rafique Patel

Rafique is our Senior Partner. He is a solicitor and qualified as a solicitor in 1996. He has a Law Degree having graduated from the University of Hull in 1993. He also completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester in 1994. He also has an LLM (Masters) in Management of Advanced Litigation and Dispute Resolution from Nottingham Trent University in 2007. He is a specialist litigator and regulatory lawyer having been a Partner and Head of Regulatory at 450 staff law firm Harvey Ingram Owston (now amalgamated into Shakespeare Martineau). 

Rafique also acts in associated matters across corporate and commercial transactions including share purchases, asset purchasers, director, shareholder and arrangements. He is also the firms Regulatory and Compliance officer. 

Rashid Sacranie

Rashid is a solicitor practicing predominantly in employment disputes, commercial litigation and property litigation in our dispute resolution team. He became a solicitor in 2018. He also has a degree in Law and graduated from the De Montfort University in 2011. He completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Law at the Nottingham Trent University in 2012.  He acts for corporations and business clients across a number of different of sectors in the High Courts, County Courts and Tribunals.

Sophie Wilson

Sophie is a paralegal who assists in relation to employment law, commercial litigation and property litigation in relation to High Court, County court matters along with tribunal matters.

She also assists across a number of commercial and corporate matters. She has a law degree and graduated from the De Montfort University in 2018. She also completed her Legal Practice Course from De Montfort University in 2020.

Shameela Sayani

Shameela is an experienced property executive operating in the area of commercial and residential property. She has a law degree and graduated from the De Montfort University in 2018. Shameela has experience in this field from when she started practicing in 1995. She joined Bond Adams in 2019. Her work involves acting on leasehold matters, freehold, refinances and various residential property matters. She acts for corporate and individual clients and works on related areas specialising in any landlord and tenant relationship, whether it is across a residential or commercial relationship.

Sophia Patel

Sophia is a solicitor practicing in our residential and commercial property team. She qualified as a solicitor in 2016.  She completed her law degree in 2009 from De Montfort University. She also completed the Legal practice course in 2011. Her work involves acting on leasehold matters, freehold, refinances and various residential property matters. She acts for corporate and individual clients and specialises in any transactions with a leasehold element.

Zunaid Dakri

Zunaid is a solicitor in our residential and commercial property team. Zunaid qualified as a solicitor in 2018. He has a degree in law from the De Montfort University in 2009. He also has completed the Legal Practice Course which he did at De Montfort University in 2011. He acts across a number of commercial property matters, including the purchase and sale of plots of land, refinances, other commercial structures.

He also acts across a number of refinances matters and carries out work in the area of JCT contracts and other related construction projects.

Our Finance and Audit Team

Ahmed Dhadha
Ahmed is an assistant in our Finance department assisting with all aspects of the regulatory function regarding Solicitors Accounts Rules and other interrelated matters.

Fazeela Patel
Fazeela is a manager in the firm’s finance team carrying out SRA compliant accounting practices. She also deals with various aspects of practice management.

Katie Brookes
Katie is our joint finance manager. Katie deals with a number of the firm’s accounting and regulatory practices including invoicing, meetings with case handlers, updating of case management systems and other regulatory practices.

Ria Patel
Ria has joined us to assist the finance function in terms of the critical initial regulatory aspects of file opening, risk assessment process, and other aspects of the finance department function.
